We approached Louisa Voice for alternatives to our hosted voice solution – they proposed an on-premise open source firewall and VoIP solution integrated into one hardware platform along with Polycom phones. Louisa Voice upgraded our Ethernet switching network, installed the new equipment, coordinated with the new carrier to ascertain telephone number were ported accurately, and documented the solution, both for ourselves and our IT partner. The bridged lines appearance feature on our main line has simplified the way calls are transferred between phones in our office. Our monthly telecommunications expenditure using the new voice solution has been reduced by 70 per cent from our hosted lines expenses – we have taken some of those savings to hire an answering service, which significantly improves customer satisfaction as we are often meeting with clients.
